The Human Resources Department at the Hashemite University was established on the first of July in 1995. The Department is responsible for all the work related to the affairs of the academic and administrative staff, including: appointment, promotion, transfer, promotion, annual increase, assignment, secondment, leaves of all kinds, dispatch, social security, life insurance, medical insurance, and keeping files of the training courses, statistics and various issues associated with the university’s faculty and administrative staff members.

The Human Resources department fulfills all the necessary requirements of the university’s employees and provides the university with well-qualified human resources. The department also tries to provide excellent services and achieve great performance. It has computerized all the information to keep pace with the development process, to give an easy excess to information, and to facilitate work and guarantee efficiency.
